Many have no idea that PRECIOUS GEM jewels are handcrafted on-site in his design studio overlooking the historic Duke of Gloucester Street on Merchants Square.

- The first step is to contact us for a complimentary jewelry design consultation with Reggie. At your meeting, bring your ideas, rough sketches, or photos of what you like. If you have your own diamonds or gemstones that you wish to be incorporated, bring them along. During your brainstorming session, Reggie’s commitment to making your custom design all you have dreamed of will be apparent.
- Reggie will then draw a preliminary design and provide a cost estimate for your review. You may refine the design to your liking.
- Upon your approval of the design and cost, we request a 50% deposit. Now, the magic of your custom design begins!
- Please allow six to eight weeks for the finished piece. Yes, it takes time. However, knowing you have co-created your dream jewel with Reggie, a renowned master craftsman and award-winning designer, will be well worth the wait.
