Do You Sell Lab-Grown or Synthetic Diamonds?

  • THE PRECIOUS GEM buys and sells only natural diamonds. Reggie’s longstanding relationships with trusted diamond dealers from around the world mean we are confident that our clients receive the very finest, totally natural diamonds.  

Do you sell watches and replace watch batteries?

  • While in the watch business for many years, we no longer sell or repair watches. Our focus is now selling fine jewelry like none other.

Do you sell brand-name jewelry?

  • Our only brand is our own—a fine jewelry collection, each piece handcrafted with care and precision here at THE PRECIOUS GEM

Do you resize rings?

  • Yes, we resize rings in gold or platinum settings, but it depends on the stones and style. We ask that you bring your ring in, and we’ll be happy to discuss it. No appointment is necessary.

Do you restring pearls?

  • We do restring pearls. However, we ship them to a long-time trusted partner, and it takes about two weeks.

May I request a special order?

  • Reggie enjoys working with our clients on custom orders. Each jewel we sell is of unparalleled quality and designed with the finest colored gemstones and diamonds available today. Visit our Custom Design page to learn more about this process. Know that special orders may take up to eight weeks for delivery.

Do you ship your jewels?

  • Yes, we are happy to ship telephone orders and special orders. Our shipping includes insurance.

Is THE PRECIOUS GEM handicapped accessible?

  • The rear entrance to our shop, off the parking lot, is accessible. Should you need assistance, please call 757-220-1115.
